Out of Hours
At all times of the day telephone 01953 881247 for emergency assistance. Before 8.30am and after 6.30pm there will be a recorded message telling you a number to telephone in order to contact the out of hours service. This is usually 01603 488488

Appointments
To book an appointment, please telephone on 01953 881247, or call into the surgery. All calls are queued, so please hold until the receptionist answers.

Home Visits
Whilst it is preferable patients come to the surgery, if someone is really are too unwell to come, a doctor or paramedic will visit. Home visits will only be made for medical reasons, not for social reasons. Please telephone before 10.00 a. m. to request a home visit.

Patient Liaison

We have a proactive and efficient Patient Liaison Group who meet regularly to discuss and understand the workings of our practice. They will be working with the Practice Manager and clinical staff to assist with improving communication and continuous improvement in our services in practice.  There will be regular newsletters produced to inform patients what is happening in the surgery.

Should you have any queries to raise, please arrange to see our Practice Manager, Mrs Mary Osborne, who will be pleased to discuss any suggestions or concerns.

This is a busy surgery and we seek our patients’ support and co-operation to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Please

  • Let us know if you are unable to attend an appointment, even if it is only a short time before the appointment.
  • Attend the surgery, please do not call out the doctor unless absolutely necessary
  • Talk to the reception staff and accept the advice and assistance they offer, often they can answer queries and give general help.
  • Be willing to see other clinicians besides the doctor
  • Inform us of any change of telephone number or address, especially if your number is ex-directory.
  • Remain courteous to our staff.
